Where can I see 'Online' Class Schedules and How can I Register ?
1. VRIKSHAM 'Online' Class Schedule and its 'Registration Link' availability date and time information are posted on the Vriksham 'Online' Registration&Schedules Page.
2. Following this, on the mentioned ''Registration Link'' availability date and time, the ''Registration Links'' are posted both in Vriksham Registration&Schedules Page and also on @anupama.vriksham Instagram Stories.
(In Instagram a ''Registration Story'' is published, with the ''Registration link'' present in the bottom of the Story as a Story-Link. You should Swipe-Up or Click the ''Story-Link'' for it to Open, then you can book the Class.)

"Vriksham Pregnancy Care" Webinars are generally conducted on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.50 AM to 1 PM IST or 4:50 PM to 8 PM IST(Indian Standard Time) hours alternatively. Webinars are also conducted on select Fridays from 4:50 PM to 8 PM IST hours.

What is the Registration or Booking procedure for all the Classes ?
1. VRIKSHAM Online Class Schedule and its 'Registration Link' availability date and time information are posted on the Vriksham Registration&Schedules Page. It will also be updated on @anupama.vriksham Instagram Stories, every Monday Morning around 10 AM IST.
2. Following this, on the mentioned ''Registration Link'' availability date and time, the ''Registration Links'' are posted both in Vriksham Registration&Schedules Page and also on @anupama.vriksham Instagram Stories.

Is there an option for PreBooking or PreRegistration for the Classes ?
There is no PreBooking or PreRegistration option for the Classes, all booking has to be done through Class Registration Links, in a First Come First Serve basis.

Currently there is no option available for One on One Class or Counselling.

What is the Cost or Fees of the Classes ?
As the cost varies depending on Public Interest, please check the registration link for costs, when it is published.

What are the modes of payment available ?
Resgistration via Instamojo: All major UPI apps (BHIM, PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, etc.) with scan and pay option, Credit & Debit Cards (MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, and Rupay), Net Banking (All major Indian banks), All major Payment Wallets (OLAMoney, Mobikwik, freecharge, JioMoney etc.)
Resgistration via Razorpay: All major UPI apps (BHIM, PhonePe, GPay, etc.) with scan and pay option, Credit & Debit Cards (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, and Rupay), Net Banking (All Indian banks), Payment Wallets (Phonepe, OLAMoney, Mobikwik, freecharge, JioMoney, Airtel Money, PayZapp), EMI via Debit/Credit cards.

Can I get a Refund, if I missed the Class due to Personal reasons?
Refund is not provided for missing Class due to Personal reasons. This is also mentioned during the Registration. You can opt for a reschedule of the same class on the next available date.

How many number of Participants are there per Online Class ?
Number of Participants for each Webinar vary depending on Public Interest during each class Registrations.

How will the ''Online Webinar Meeting Link'' be provided to registered Participants ?
For participants who have registered successfully and received a payment invoice mail from the Payment Gateway, the Online Webinar's ''ZOOM Meeting Link'' will be sent as an invite to the Participant's registered ''Mail''.

I made a payment and it failed, but the money got debited. I have not received any Payment Mail confirmation with a Payment ID from Instamojo/Razorpay.
If you have not received a Payment Mail confirmation with a Payment ID, then the payment you made has failed, and the money you paid is still with your Bank. This amount will be auto-refunded to you by your Bank within 7 working days (from the transaction date).

If you have not received a Payment Mail confirmation with a Payment ID after a successful payment, then there is a possibility you might have Misspelt your Mail ID. Please contact support@vriksham.in with the registered Name and Mobile Number, else the Invite will also be sent to the Misspelt Mail ID only

Can we attend the Online Class through Mobile ?

What is the minimum Internet bandwidth we need to attend the Online Class ?
