In my entire labor I laid down only during pushing
#vrikshambirthstory
Hi, Anu ka. I am your early pregnancy, Labour management, and breastfeeding student. I delivered my baby boy vaginally on Jan 26.
I should say this. Without your class, I definitely wouldn’t have made this possible. Because of low water, the doctor planned to induce labor on the 26th morning at 9.30 am. I started getting pain in the next few minutes. The doctor asked me to lie down but I told her I am comfortable sitting or walking and she accepted. The pain was increasing.
All your breathing exercises were life saviors. My BP was getting increased very fast but the baby was doing fine while my dilation was also good. The doctor checked at 11.00 AM and said she will wait for a maximum till 12.00, then proceed for a C-section as my BP was shooting up so much. After hearing that also I was sooooper coool and didn’t even panic at all as I hoped I will deliver my baby before that.
At 11.25 am I was fully dilated and got the urge to push. In a few pushes, my baby boy was born at 11.37 am (For the entire labor I laid down only to push my baby🤣)
My entire family was surprised and shocked on hearing about this short labor. In hardly 2 hours with bearable pain and active labor, my dream came true. Also, I didn’t shed tears at all no crying no screaming. 😃 I was happy, relaxed, and excited. All this is because your words “Trust your body” were running in my mind. It’s true akka women’s body is a wonder.
Also, to mention because of your early pregnancy class I was very active during my pregnancy ignoring all the myths which people were saying. I was able to do all my workouts even 1 day before my delivery. Before getting induced I woke up at 6.00 am and was doing all my workout routines in the hospital.
My husband was also supportive during my entire pregnancy and he understood everything after attending your class. An added advantage of active pregnancy is it took me hardly 2 days to get back to my normal state. My recovery was very fast with no weight gain 😍 Thanks a ton ka. 😍 Keep empowering women ✌️
