I breastfed my baby soon after my c section
Hi Akka, I am your pregnancy and breastfeeding session student, and I want to share my story with you. My husband and my mother-in-law stood like a pillar throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. On the 27th of June in the evening at 7′ o clock, I can’t feel the movements of my baby. After waiting for the next 3 hours, I found that my movements are very low and I went to the hospital immediately. After one hour everything is normal. I am 38 weeks pregnant and then I was in the observation for 24 hours. In the early morning 4’o clock, the contractions started, in between the contraction my husband encouraged me to do exercise, walk and stay hydrated all the time. By the 28th evening 3′ o clock I have diluted to 5 CMS. Suddenly contraction is getting low then my doctor broke my water and found the baby was pooped in the womb. Then immediately I was shifted to the operation theatre and ended up with an emergency c-section. I am blessed with a baby boy. After the surgery, immediately my doctor asked to feed the baby. With the help of my mother-in-law, I feed my boy within half an hour of his birth and after the sedation relief, I kept the baby in cross cradle position and feed him easily and with perfect lactation till now. And so many people said that my milk is not sufficient that’s why my baby losing weight, but I remembered your golden words to “TRUST MY BODY” I never feed him formula as everyone suggested, and now he is with a good weight and health. Thank you so much for your guidance, you are my angel for my pre-pregnancy and breastfeeding journey.
