Dear Anu akka, This is Swapnika from Hyderabad. I have attended your pre pregnancy class in March 2022. I am very happy to share with you that I conceived and currently in my 12th week.

I want to share my journey with all Vriksham family as I have received lot of positivity and hope from Vriksham stories and your posts. I wish my story also will give positivity and belief to Vriksham family.

I got married in dec 2016 and conceived in Nov-2018. Unfortunately that ended up being an ectopic and one tube has been removed reducing my chances of pregnancy by 50%. We started trying in 2019 again and were not successful. In 2021 as per doctor suggestion we proceeded for IVF and realised my AMH is only 0.9. We got 2 successfull eggs and had two transfers. One failed other succeeded but ended up in early miscarriage in Feb 2022.

I was in depression when I came accross your course in March 2022. After attending pre pregnancy class i got hope and started trusting my body and built positivity. We tried your methods and suggestions which even after no success I felt hopeful we will become parents. In Dec-22 we went for tests again and saw my amh is only 0.4 and doc suggested to go for donor eggs. I was not ready and quit all medicines. After a long wait at the age of 35 we finally got two pink lines naturally in March-23 with out any medication. Trusting my body and staying positive along with god’s grace and my husband support has given us this happiness.

I have already attended your early pregnancy class to help reduce my anxiety and queries.
I wish all those waiting to become parents not to lose hope and trust in your self. Miracles happen when we are positive minded and happy within ourself.
