Hi Anu garu, I have been bearing this for so long and don’t know how to express it to other people. I have been following you for so long and I adore you for taking up issues and expressing them boldly.

I have a daughter who was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called NEMALINE MYOPATHY AMISH TYPE 5. It has no cure or medicine and we have been suffering with it even though we have no hope and our little warrior is fighting a lot.

We have our own problems to deal with but I personally face so many people saying things like

A) how you can wear Modern dresses like jeans, skirts and tight clothing.
They were like what the higher management will think of your dressing style by keeping a sick child with you. Really, what is it in wearing anything, does it make any sense? If I wear any traditional clothes will my baby get cured?

B) It’s so hard to hear words like how she can smile or pose for pictures, really did her daughter sick?
Yes, you sick fellows my daughter was, is, and will be sick and we count days too. Did my crying make my daughter all right?

If I am not trying to be happy, how can I make my family happy and give strength to all to move forward?

Our world has already shattered we have been constructing our happiness in what is left to us. Don’t make judgments.

Please #voicethisout Anu garu.
Break the perspective of judging others by their attire and smile at pictures. There is a lot of pain we are already facing, what I have said is very minimal of what we face each and every day.

We hope it will bring awareness to people because you are a good platform to put on issues faced by women in society daily.

Thank you
