Anu ka, I got married at end of August 2022 and it’s just been around 3 months. We are living with our in-laws. My husband and I both are single children and he is still in this the hands of his mom.

Now I’m receiving my birthday in December and my parents want me to celebrate as usual and as a way to express the love they had bought my new dresses and jewellery, I literally have no idea what the issue is this my MIL is so tensed and just started yelling at me and my parents stating is she still a child to celebrate birthdays.
she is not even having the capacity to give birth (I have been married for 3 months till date) is this so important to celebrate her like a queen? Just get lost and never imagine such things in our house, we have not raised our son like this to celebrate and have fun.
Now I have 2 questions:
1. Does married women doesn’t have the right to celebrate their birthdays with their parents?
2. Is this natural to blame the woman immediately after 3 months of marriage for no child?
