Hai Anupama.
I want my story to be said, I am a working mother and I have attended your breastfeeding classes.
My son is now 15 months old. As I am going to work, I am trying to be with him after coming back. But my mother-in-law is asking me not to take him separately or not to carry him in my hands and let him play with everyone when I come back also.

I am not doing intentionally anything. She blames me as I am taking him inside and playing myself and thus making him more attached. And after I am going to office, he is getting depressed as I am not there. They say “how can I let him suffer like that and be selfish and spend time with him” and I should avoid him and should let him play with everyone.

Am I wrong? As a working woman, I want to spend time with my child whenever I can. Is that wrong?
Can someone come and tell a mother that you are spending time separately which is not good for your son?

What is this? Even in this generation?
