#vrikshambirthstory, Hi Anu Akka, this is Priyanka from Hyderabad. I am your webinar student, want to share my birth experience with you. My due date was on Dec 6th, my water broke on Dec 1st at 2:30 am. We got ready and reached the hospital by 3:00 am, my contractions started getting very intense. I was already 5 cm dilated and sent to the labor room due my pains increased heavily. They checked me again I was 7 cm dilated and continuously monitored the baby’s heartbeat. I am excited and equally had the fear of labor since it was my first pregnancy. I was fully dilated to 10cm and started pushing I didn’t feel any pain while pushing. By the 5th push my sweet little girl was out at 5:33 am and I was so happy to give birth to a child vaginally.
A special thanks to you Akka, your labor exercises were so helpful. I used to follow the same exercises from the 7th month. My mother took care of me from the 5th month of pregnancy till date and encouraged me to do all the exercises. Your videos bring me so much of positive vibes, lots of love to you.
